Central to that success was his development of the PACMAN methodology, a proactive call management framework designed to transform how service organizations anticipate and resolve client needs. This system significantly improved service efficiency, response times, and customer satisfaction, and became a defining element of the company’s reputation for reliability and performance across the industry.

After his successful exit, Jon launched CoreTech National with a clear mission: to apply the most effective operational practices developed over decades to a new generation of technology services. Supporting the company’s strategic development is Christopher Schmidt, an attorney and business strategist with more than two decades of experience helping build and scale high-growth businesses.
